What we do

We take on the engineering work that sits between a client's roadmap and the people available to build it. Three ways that usually looks.

Architecture, integration, and modernization of the systems large organizations actually run on. We scope, design, and build alongside the client's own teams, and we leave documentation the next engineer can use.

Retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, and the evaluation discipline that makes AI reliable enough for production. Practical work: pipelines, semantic layers, and measurement, not demos.

How we work

A consulting engagement with Sankhya has one shape: our engineer, your project, shared accountability. Here is what that means in practice.

Your project sets the work: Requirements, priorities, and day-to-day direction come from your engagement. Our people integrate into your process, tools, and standards rather than bringing their own.
We stay responsible for our people: Every consultant reports to a Sankhya manager who reviews their work, tracks their development, and is reachable when you need something changed. You never have to manage our employment relationship.
Technical review is ours to provide: Code, designs, and deliverables get a second set of Sankhya eyes before they reach you. That is how we keep the quality bar consistent across every engagement.
Plain commercial terms: Hourly, time-and-materials, or fixed-scope. Written authorizations for anything outside the plan. No surprises on the invoice.

Standards we hold ourselves to

The unglamorous parts of consulting are the parts that protect you. We treat them as the job, not paperwork.

Employment done properly. Our consultants are W-2 employees of Sankhya Consultants Inc, with wages, tax withholding, workers' compensation, and benefits handled by us. No 1099 pass-throughs.
Verified and screened. We participate in E-Verify. Every consultant completes identity, background, and drug screening before an engagement begins, and repeats screening when a client requires it.
Confidentiality and data protection. Every consultant signs confidentiality and data-protection agreements that flow your requirements down to the person doing the work, with a four-hour internal reporting window for any suspected security incident.
Compliance you can point to. Anti-corruption, code-of-conduct, and information-security training at onboarding and on renewal. Records retained and available to clients on request.
Insured. General liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability coverage, with certificates issued to clients on request.
